Beauty Counter Manager

Nordstrom is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Counter Manager to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the beauty counter • Provide excellent customer service to customers • Educate customers on beauty products and services • Ensure the beauty counter is well-stocked and organized • Assist in training and developing beauty counter staff • Monitor inventory and reorder items as needed • Utilize inventory management systems to track and manage stock levels • Create and implement promotional campaigns to increase sales • Maintain accurate records of all sales and transactions • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
