
Beauty Counter Manager
Nordstrom is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Beauty Counter Manager to join our growing team! This role is an excellent opportunity to lead the beauty counter team and to drive success for our beauty business in store. We are looking for someone with a passion for beauty, strong business acumen and an eye for detail. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Beauty Counter Manager, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with external partners. The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of our products, services, and the competitive beauty landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for our customers. You will be tasked with managing and inspiring the beauty team to achieve their goals and objectives. By leading and coaching your team, you will ensure that our sales team are knowledgeable and ready to provide the best customer service possible. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with external partners to ensure that we are providing the best beauty experience possible to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the beauty counter team, inspiring and motivating the team to exceed goals and achieve success
- Drive performance of the beauty business in store and ensure sales objectives are met.
- Create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for customers
- Coach and develop team members to ensure they are providing the best customer service possible
- Manage external partners to ensure the best beauty experience for customers
- Remain up-to-date on beauty trends and products in the competitive beauty landscape
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of opportunity and develop action plans to address these.
- Ensure store is compliant with corporate policies and procedures.
