We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of beauty products and trends, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.   1. Greet and welcome customers to Nordstrom with a friendly and professional attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized beauty recommendations and advice.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to effectively assist customers.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of all beauty products carried by Nordstrom and their benefits.
  6. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and build rapport with customers.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized beauty department to create a visually appealing shopping environment.
  9. Assist in inventory management and restocking of beauty products.
  10. Meet and exceed individual sales goals set by the company.
  11. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer experience by seeking feedback and implementing suggestions.
  12. Represent the Nordstrom brand with professionalism and integrity.
  13. Attend and participate in training sessions to stay informed on new products and techniques.
  14. Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
  15. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times to contribute to a positive work culture.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In The Beauty Industry: A Successful Beauty Stylist At Nordstrom Should Have A Strong Background In The Beauty Industry, With A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role.

  • Knowledge Of Skincare And Makeup Products: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Skincare And Makeup Products, Including Their Ingredients, Benefits, And Application Techniques. Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Staying Updated On The Latest Beauty Trends And Products.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Nordstrom Puts A Strong Emphasis On Providing Exceptional Customer Service, And The Beauty Stylist Should Be Able To Deliver Personalized And Knowledgeable Beauty Advice To Customers. This Requires Excellent Communication Skills, A Friendly Demeanor, And The Ability To Build Rapport With Clients.

  • Sales Experience: The Beauty Stylist Will Also Be Responsible For Driving Sales And Meeting Individual And Store Sales Goals. Therefore, Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales, With The Ability To Upsell And Cross-Sell Products.

  • Professionalism And Attention To Detail: As A Representative Of Nordstrom, The Beauty Stylist Should Always Maintain A Professional And Polished Appearance, With Attention To Detail In Their Own Grooming And Makeup. This Role Also Involves Providing Beauty Services Such As Makeup Application And Skincare Consultations, So Candidates Should Have A High Level Of Skill And Attention To Detail In These Areas As Well.
