  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities services program to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all Nordstrom facilities.
  2. Manage and oversee a team of facilities services staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  3. Conduct regular inspections and audits of Nordstrom facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs and develop plans to address them.
  4. Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to understand their facility needs and ensure those needs are met.
  5. Develop and manage the facilities services budget to ensure efficient use of resources and cost-effective solutions.
  6. Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all maintenance, repair, and renovation work for Nordstrom facilities.
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards for facilities operations.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service for all facilities needs.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for facilities management and implement any relevant changes or improvements.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the facilities services team, promoting communication and teamwork.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Environment.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Knowledge Of Building Systems And Operations, Including Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Security Systems.

  • Experience With Budget Management And Cost Control, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Plans For Facility Maintenance And Improvements.
