  1. Design visually stunning and user-friendly websites for Nordstrom's e-commerce platform.
  2. Develop front-end and full-stack solutions to enhance the online shopping experience for customers.
  3. Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to website functionality and design.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to ensure cohesive and seamless integration of front-end and back-end elements.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in website design and development, and apply them to continuously improve Nordstrom's e-commerce platform.
  6. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant languages and frameworks.
  7. Conduct regular testing and debugging to identify and fix any issues that may arise.
  8. Optimize website performance for faster loading times and smoother user experience.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation for code, processes, and procedures.
  10. Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  11. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement new features and functionalities.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
  13. Communicate project progress and any potential roadblocks to relevant stakeholders.
  14. Maintain and update existing codebase to ensure compatibility with new technologies and platforms.
  15. Ensure website security and implement measures to protect against potential threats.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Front End Technologies: A Strong Background In Html, Css, And Javascript Is Essential For A Front End/Full Stack Engineer At Nordstrom. Candidates Should Also Be Familiar With Front End Frameworks Such As React Or Angular.

  • Experience With Full Stack Development: Nordstrom Is Looking For Candidates Who Have Experience Working On Both The Front End And Back End Of Web Applications. This Includes Knowledge Of Server-Side Languages Such As Java, Python, Or Node.js.

  • Understanding Of User Experience (Ux) Design: Nordstrom Values Candidates Who Have A Strong Understanding Of Ux Design Principles And How They Relate To Front End Development. This Includes Knowledge Of Usability Testing, Wireframing, And Prototyping.
