  1. Provide exceptional skincare services to Nordstrom customers in accordance with Anastasia brand standards.
  2. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by Anastasia.
  3. Uphold the high standards and reputation of both Nordstrom and Anastasia at all times.
  4. Greet and welcome customers with warmth and professionalism.
  5. Consult with customers to understand their skincare needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  6. Perform various esthetician services such as facials, waxing, and makeup application.
  7. Educate customers on proper skincare techniques and recommend products for at-home use.
  8. Ensure a clean and organized work environment at all times.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and products.
  10. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  12. Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
  13. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided.
  14. Attend training and development programs as required.
  15. Uphold Nordstrom's customer service standards and provide an unforgettable experience for customers.
  16. Represent the Nordstrom and Anastasia brands with professionalism and integrity.
  17. Maintain a valid esthetician license and comply with all state regulations.
  18. Assist with retail sales and promote the Anastasia brand and products.
  19. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals.

Job Qualifications

  • A Valid Esthetician License From An Accredited Institution: This Is The Primary Qualification For An Anastasia Licensed Esthetician At Nordstrom. The Candidate Must Have A Valid License From A Recognized Institution.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Skin Care Products And Techniques: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Skin Types, Skin Care Products, And Effective Techniques For Different Skin Concerns.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: As A Licensed Esthetician, The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Strong Customer Service Skills, Including The Ability To Listen, Communicate Effectively, And Address Customer Concerns, Are Essential.

  • Prior Experience In A Similar Role: Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A High-End Retail Setting, Is Highly Desirable. This Will Demonstrate The Candidate's Ability To Provide Top-Notch Services And Meet The Expectations Of Nordstrom Customers.

  • Passion For The Beauty Industry: A Successful Licensed Esthetician At Nordstrom Should Have A Genuine Passion For The Beauty Industry, Including Staying Updated On The Latest Trends And Techniques. This Will Help Them Provide The Best Services And Recommendations To Customers.
