As the Manager of Asset Protection, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our merchandise and maintaining the integrity of our stores.   1. Develop and implement asset protection strategies to minimize loss and ensure the safety of merchandise and store assets.
  2. Oversee a team of asset protection associates and provide leadership, training, and support to ensure the success of the department.
  3. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify any vulnerabilities or potential threats to the company's assets.
  4. Collaborate with store management and other departments to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees.
  5. Monitor and investigate any suspicious or fraudulent activities, and take appropriate action to prevent or mitigate losses.
  6. Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and any other relevant information related to asset protection.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in asset protection to continuously improve and enhance the company's security measures.
  8. Partner with external agencies such as law enforcement and security companies to ensure the safety and security of the stores.
  9. Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  10. Communicate effectively with store leadership and corporate teams to provide updates on asset protection initiatives and address any concerns or issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Retail Loss Prevention Strategies And Techniques, Including Experience With Cctv Systems, Inventory Control, And Fraud Prevention.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Both Customers And Employees.
