  1. Develop and create unique and visually stunning prints for Nordstrom's fashion brand.
  2. Collaborate with the design team to ensure that prints align with the overall aesthetic and vision of the brand.
  3. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and incorporate them into print designs.
  4. Use a keen eye for detail to ensure all prints are of the highest quality.
  5. Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate and timely execution of print designs.
  6. Manage the entire print design process from concept development to final production.
  7. Conduct research and gather inspiration to create innovative and cutting-edge print designs.
  8. Present designs to the team and receive feedback for refinement and improvements.
  9. Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality and consistency of prints.
  10. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and merchandising to develop cohesive campaigns and collections.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the Nordstrom aesthetic and values in all print designs.
  12. Maintain organized and accurate records of all print designs and related materials.
  13. Continuously seek out new techniques and technologies to improve print designs.
  14. Mentor and provide guidance to junior print designers.
  15. Keep track of industry trends and competitors to inform and improve print design strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Design Skills: A Print Designer At Nordstrom Must Possess A High Level Of Creativity And Artistic Ability To Create Unique And Eye-Catching Fashion And Pattern Designs. This Includes A Thorough Understanding Of Color Theory, Composition, And Typography.

  • Attention To Detail: Print Design Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Ensure That Patterns And Designs Are Accurately Printed And Produced. A Print Designer At Nordstrom Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Spot Any Potential Issues Or Errors In The Design Process.
