Required Qualifications: • Previous retail and/or customer service experience • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to lift up to 25lbs • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with purchases and answer any questions they may have.
3. Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
4. Assist with restocking shelves and keeping the sales floor neat and orderly.
5. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
6. Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
7. Assist with training new team members.
8. Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
9. Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
