Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to customers at the point of sale.
2. Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the point of sale transactions.
3. Maintain a neat and organized sales floor.
4. Assist customers with product selections and provide additional information as needed.
5. Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner.
6. Assist in maintaining store inventory levels.
7. Assist in processing returns and exchanges.
8. Follow all safety and security protocols.
9. Adhere to all Nordstrom policies and procedures.
10. Other duties as assigned.
