Retail Cashier & Sales Floor Support

Nordstrom is seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented Retail Cashier & Sales Floor Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing excellent customer service and ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities: • Greet customers upon entering the store and provide them with assistance • Help customers locate items, answer questions, and provide product knowledge • Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently • Follow up with customers on any requests, concerns, or questions • Maintain a neat and organized sales floor and cash register area • Ensure all relevant policies and procedures are followed • Maintain strong knowledge of store products and services • Assist in store operations and stock management • Promote store sales and special offers • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service • Demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the job • Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures
