Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.

3. Assist customers with their purchases and provide advice on product selection.
4. Keep the store neat and organized, including stocking shelves, tidying displays, and straightening merchandise.
5. Assist colleagues with tasks such as restocking shelves, setting up displays, and handling returns.
6. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
7. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
8. Monitor customer activity and report suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity.
9. Work as part of a team to maximize sales and meet performance targets.
