- Provide exceptional customer service at the register by processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products, offering product knowledge and recommendations.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a visually appealing sales floor by organizing displays.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention protocols.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on new products and promotions.
- Maintain knowledge of store layout, promotions, and events to assist customers effectively.

Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Successful Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Assist Customers In A Friendly And Efficient Manner.
Cash Handling Experience: Previous Experience Handling Cash, Operating A Cash Register, And Reconciling Daily Sales Is Essential For This Role.
Product Knowledge: A Good Understanding Of The Products Sold At Nordstrom Is Important To Provide Accurate And Helpful Information To Customers.
