- Greet and welcome customers to Nordstrom, providing them with a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and gift cards.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all supplies and equipment are well-stocked and functional.
- Assist customers with any inquiries or requests, providing helpful and knowledgeable product recommendations and information.
- Collaborate with sales floor team members to ensure a smooth and seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Support sales floor operations, including restocking merchandise, maintaining visual displays, and organizing inventory.
