  2. Provide exceptional customer service by helping customers find the perfect accessories to complete their outfits and meet their fashion needs.
  3. Utilize knowledge of current fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering personalized and attentive service.
  5. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling products to customers.
  6. Effectively handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including displays and merchandise.
  8. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  9. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and fashion trends to provide the best possible service to customers.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  12. Assist with restocking and inventory management to ensure a fully stocked and visually appealing department.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about company updates and new products.
