  4. Utilize visual merchandising techniques to create an inviting and visually appealing shopping experience for customers.
  5. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling to customers.
  6. Process transactions efficiently and accurately, including handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
  7. Collaborate with team members and managers to ensure the store is always well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  8. Continuously learn and improve selling techniques to provide the best possible service to customers.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  10. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about sales, promotions, and company policies.
  11. Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment by supporting and assisting colleagues when needed.
  12. Follow company policies and procedures, including adhering to loss prevention guidelines to prevent theft and maintain a safe shopping environment.
  13. Attend and actively participate in store meetings, training sessions, and other company events.
  14. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  15. Represent the Nordstrom brand and uphold its values of providing exceptional customer service and quality products.
