8. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing new merchandise and replenishing stock on the sales floor.
9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
10. Adhere to Nordstrom's policies and procedures, including but not limited to, handling cash transactions and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
