- Assist customers in finding and selecting high-end accessories that meet their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert knowledge and advice on current fashion trends and product features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive and personalized shopping experience.
- Utilize strong sales skills to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and merchandising products.

Knowledge Of Fashion Trends And Brands: As A Retail Sales Associate At Nordstrom, It Is Essential To Have A Good Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And The Brands Carried By The Store. This Knowledge Will Allow You To Make Personalized Recommendations To Customers And Provide Them With A Seamless Shopping Experience.
Sales Experience: Previous Experience In Retail Sales, Particularly In The Accessories Department, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. Nordstrom Looks For Candidates Who Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
