Retail Sales Associate

6. Process returns and exchanges, and provide appropriate discounts.
7. Monitor store activity and report any suspicious behavior to management.
8. Follow company policies and procedures for store operations.
9. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and secure at all times.
10. Train new and existing employees in customer service and store operations.
