- Monitor and restock merchandise on the sales floor to ensure product availability for customers.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify any discrepancies and report them to management.
- Collaborate with sales associates to ensure inventory levels are aligned with customer demand.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled and priced according to company standards.
- Assist with floor moves and visual merchandising to create an appealing shopping experience for customers.
- Maintain a neat and organized stock room to facilitate easy access to merchandise.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly assisting customers with inquiries and requests.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management immediately.
- Continuously strive to improve efficiency and accuracy in all stock-related tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth store operations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products.

Ability To Lift And Carry Heavy Items: Retail Stock Associates Are Responsible For Receiving And Organizing Merchandise, Which Often Involves Lifting And Carrying Boxes Or Other Items Weighing Up To 50 Pounds. Candidates For This Job Should Be Physically Able To Handle These Tasks.
Attention To Detail: Stock Associates Must Carefully Check Incoming Merchandise Against Purchase Orders To Ensure Accuracy And Quality. They Also Need To Accurately Label And Tag Items For Inventory Purposes. A Keen Eye For Detail Is Crucial For This Role.
Organizational Skills: A Successful Stock Associate Must Have Strong Organizational Skills To Keep Track Of Inventory Levels And Maintain An Orderly Stockroom. They Should Also Be Able To Quickly Locate Items When Needed And Maintain A Neat And Organized Sales Floor.
