Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain product displays and stock shelves with merchandise in accordance with company standards.
2. Unload shipments from vendors and restock shelves in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
4. Communicate customer inquiries and complaints to the appropriate personnel.
5. Ensure all merchandise is properly priced and labeled.
6. Help customers locate items within the store.
7. Answer customer questions regarding product features and availability.
8. Assist with inventory control and management.
9. Participate in store events and promotional activities.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
