Job Description

Nordstrom is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate to join our team! Our ideal candidate is a team player with strong organizational and customer service skills. They should be able to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about retail and have the skills to deliver exceptional service to our customers, then this is the position for you.To be successful in this role, you should have experience in retail customer service and inventory management. You should also be able to lift heavy items and be comfortable working with computers. Above all, you should enjoy working with customers and be able to stay calm and professional under pressure. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Manage inventory and stock shelves accordingly
  3. Receive and process shipments in a timely manner
  4. Maintain a neat and organized workspace
  5. Lift and carry heavy items when necessary
  6. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action
  7. Stay up-to-date on store promotions and sales
  8. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a courteous and timely manner
  9. Assist other team members with tasks when needed
  10. Utilize the store’s computer system for ordering and record-keeping
