Job Description

At Nordstrom, we are currently looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality of service. As a Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for performing daily store operations and providing efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, an ability to multitask, and a passion for customer service. Additionally, you should be a team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Previous experience working in a retail environment is preferred, but not required.If you are looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a positive impact on our customers, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and provide customers with excellent customer service.
  2. Ensure that store shelves are stocked and products are displayed correctly.
  3. Assist customers with selecting the right product for their needs.
  4. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
  5. Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  6. Assist with inventory management and control.
  7. Safely unload shipments and ensure items are accurately sorted and stored.
  8. Participate in store meetings and training sessions.
  9. Collaborate with the store team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Uphold the organization’s standards for customer service.
