Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain an organized and orderly stockroom and sales floor
• Receive and unpack merchandise and restock shelves with incoming inventory
• Assist customers with locating desired items in the store
• Ensure that merchandise is accurately priced and displayed
• Assist with preparation and implementation of promotional displays
• Process customer returns and exchanges in a timely manner
• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the shopping experience
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols
• Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and store policies
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager
