4. Receive, unpack, and store merchandise in the designated areas
5. Monitor inventory levels and restock items as needed

7. Process customer orders and fulfill customer requests promptly and accurately
8. Provide assistance to other team members when needed
9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
