Job Description

Nordstrom is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate to join our team! We are seeking an individual with a strong sense of customer service and a commitment to helping our customers find what they need. The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, excellent organizational skills, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Receive, stock, and organize merchandise in the store.
  3. Assist customers in locating desired items.
  4. Maintain a neat and organized work area.
  5. Process customer orders quickly and accurately.
  6. Ensure that merchandise is adequately displayed and labeled.
  7. Keep track of inventory and restock shelves as needed.
  8. Assist customers with returns and exchanges.
  9. Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns.
  10. Ensure that the store is clean and presentable at all times.
