Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate

Nordstrom is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to maintain the accuracy of our stock levels and ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner. Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate stock levels on a daily basis

• Receive and process incoming orders

• Pick, pack, and ship orders to customers in a timely manner

• Maintain inventory records and properly store inventory

• Assist in organizing store shelves and stocking inventory

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide customer service

• Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the store

• Assist in other tasks as needed, such as unpacking shipments and restocking shelves

• Follow all safety procedures and safety protocols
