Job Description

Nordstrom is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate to join our team! We’re looking for someone who is committed to providing exceptional customer service and is excited about our products. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. If you’re an outgoing and hardworking individual who enjoys working in a retail setting, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store’s product is adequately stocked, organized, and available for customers. You will also be responsible for helping customers find products and assisting them with any requests. We’re confident that you will bring a positive, team-oriented attitude to our company and be a great addition to our team!

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure store's product is adequately stocked, organized, and available for customers
  2. Assist customers with product requests and questions
  3. Assist in the receiving, stocking, and inventorying of products
  4. Follow store policies and procedures related to customer service, stocking, and inventorying
  5. Maintain store appearance and organization
  6. Assist in the unloading and stocking of merchandise
  7. Assist in the processing of returns and exchanges
  8. Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed
  9. Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by management
