Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate

Nordstrom is seeking a Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate who is passionate about helping customers and supporting the store team to ensure that our customers have the best possible shopping experience. As a Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for stocking, organizing, and maintaining the sales floor while providing excellent customer service.To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You must also demonstrate a passion for providing outstanding customer service, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Most importantly, you must have a genuine interest in learning about and understanding our customers’ needs. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and organize the sales floor in a neat and efficient manner.
2. Stock shelves and ensure that all products are well-presented.
3. Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
4. Process customer orders and returns in an accurate and timely manner.
5. Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales.
6. Monitor store security and provide a safe shopping environment.
7. Follow company policies and procedures.
8. Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
9. Develop an understanding of customer needs and trends in the retail environment.
10. Work collaboratively with store team members to ensure the highest level of customer service.
