Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate

Nordstrom is seeking an experienced Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about meeting customer needs and delivering a positive shopping experience. The Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for receiving inventory, ensuring merchandise is accurately stocked and properly merchandised, and fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner. Responsibilities:

1. Receive and unpack inventory, ensuring accuracy of shipment and quality of product.
2. Stock and properly merchandise merchandise in accordance with company guidelines.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and stockroom.
4. Assist customers with product selection and answer any questions they may have.
5. Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
6. Assist with inventory management and store transfers.
7. Assist with store merchandising and promotional displays.
8. Follow company policies and procedures.
9. Provide excellent customer service.
10. Other duties as assigned.
