  1. Accurately stock merchandise on the sales floor to maintain a visually appealing and organized shopping environment for customers.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed to ensure availability for customers.
  3. Receive and process new shipments of merchandise, including unpacking, labeling, and entering items into inventory.
  4. Work with sales team to fulfill customer orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery or pickup.
  5. Utilize technology and systems to track and manage merchandise inventory and fulfillment processes.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized stock room to facilitate efficient and accurate stock retrieval.
  7. Assist with visual merchandising and displays to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, locating merchandise, and processing returns or exchanges.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
  11. Continuously strive to improve processes and efficiency in stock and fulfillment operations.
  12. Collaborate with team members to achieve department and company goals and objectives.
  13. Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  14. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  15. Represent the Nordstrom brand and values by delivering exceptional service to all customers.

  • Physical Stamina: This Role Involves Physical Tasks Such As Lifting, Carrying, And Moving Heavy Stock And Boxes. A Qualified Candidate Should Have The Physical Stamina And Strength To Handle These Tasks Effectively.
