- Receive and process new shipments of merchandise, including unpacking, labeling, and entering items into inventory.
- Work with sales team to fulfill customer orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery or pickup.
- Utilize technology and systems to track and manage merchandise inventory and fulfillment processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized stock room to facilitate efficient and accurate stock retrieval.
- Assist with visual merchandising and displays to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, locating merchandise, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to maintain a safe and secure working environment.

Experience In Retail Operations: A Qualified Candidate For This Role Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In Stock And Fulfillment Roles. This Will Demonstrate Their Knowledge Of Store Operations And Ability To Handle Inventory Accurately.
