Retail Stock & Fulfillment Associate

2. Receive and process shipments in accordance with company policy.
3. Ensure accurate and timely restocking of merchandise on sales floor.
4. Assist customers in locating and selecting desired merchandise.
5. Communicate customer feedback to management in order to improve customer service.
6. Assist with physical inventory processes.
7. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
9. Assist with the training and development of new team members.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
