Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly and efficiently by coordinating schedules for our sales associates and supporting our management team.   1. Coordinate and manage schedules for sales associates, ensuring adequate coverage during busy periods and efficient use of resources.
  2. Maintain a master schedule for the store, taking into account employee availability, vacation requests, and store needs.
  3. Communicate schedule changes and updates to sales associates in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Work closely with management team to understand store needs and adjust schedules accordingly.
  5. Monitor and track employee attendance and time-off requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with HR department to onboard new employees and update employee information in the scheduling system.
  7. Handle any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise, finding solutions to ensure smooth operation of the store.
  8. Assist in creating and implementing efficient scheduling processes and procedures.
  9. Provide excellent customer service to sales associates, addressing any concerns or questions related to scheduling.
  10. Maintain accurate records and reports related to scheduling, including tracking of employee hours and overtime.
  11. Stay updated on company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence during scheduling processes.
  12. Work closely with other departments, such as sales and inventory, to understand store needs and adjust schedules as needed.
  13. Continuously monitor and analyze scheduling processes, making recommendations for improvements and efficiencies.
  14. Train and support new employees on scheduling procedures and systems.
  15. Uphold the company's values and brand image, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and customers.
