  1. Create and maintain employee schedules for all departments in the store.
  2. Coordinate with department managers to ensure proper coverage for all shifts.
  3. Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in staffing or business needs.
  4. Communicate schedule changes to employees in a timely and effective manner.
  5. Ensure that all scheduling complies with company policies and labor laws.
  6. Monitor and track employee attendance and time-off requests.
  7. Collaborate with HR to onboard and train new employees on scheduling procedures.
  8. Maintain accurate records of employee schedules and attendance.
  9. Identify and address scheduling conflicts and find solutions to ensure coverage.
  10. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding scheduling inquiries and concerns.
  11. Provide regular reports on employee attendance and scheduling to management.
  12. Work closely with department managers to forecast staffing needs and adjust schedules accordingly.
  13. Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to scheduling and ensure compliance.
  14. Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the store.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline scheduling processes.
