- Manage and maintain the schedule for all sales associates, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Work closely with management to understand staffing needs and make adjustments to the schedule as necessary.
- Communicate with sales associates to ensure they are aware of their scheduled shifts and any changes.
- Handle any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep track of employee time off requests and ensure they are properly recorded and accounted for in the schedule.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure all areas of the store are adequately staffed.
- Monitor and track employee attendance and punctuality, addressing any concerns with management.
- Create and distribute weekly and monthly schedules in a timely manner.
- Provide support to the management team by assisting with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of employee hours and attendance for payroll purposes.
