We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store by managing the scheduling of our sales associates and supporting our management team.   1. Manage and maintain the schedule for all sales associates, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  2. Work closely with management to understand staffing needs and make adjustments to the schedule as necessary.
  3. Communicate with sales associates to ensure they are aware of their scheduled shifts and any changes.
  4. Handle any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Keep track of employee time off requests and ensure they are properly recorded and accounted for in the schedule.
  6. Work closely with other departments to ensure all areas of the store are adequately staffed.
  7. Monitor and track employee attendance and punctuality, addressing any concerns with management.
  8. Create and distribute weekly and monthly schedules in a timely manner.
  9. Provide support to the management team by assisting with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  10. Maintain accurate records of employee hours and attendance for payroll purposes.
  11. Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to the scheduling process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork.
