Technical Team Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the technical team in developing, maintaining, and optimizing software applications and tools.
2. Manage the day-to-day technical operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects and applications.
4. Monitor the performance of software applications and tools and make necessary improvements.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to the team.
6. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
7. Manage the team’s workflow and assist with project planning and scheduling.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.
9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and other teams to ensure a successful project delivery.
10. Mentor and coach team members to ensure their development and growth.
