Job Description

Assist in developing system electrical integration with the building design engineer of record. Complete new product design and submittal documentation. Provide estimates of electrical requirements costs for quotations. Develops an understanding of customer electrical system needs for special machines. Participates with the project team in evaluating project feasibility. Follow company policies, new product development processes, and design guidelines. Research and analyze data, such as customer design proposals, supplier specifications, industry standards, and product manuals to determine feasibility and risks. Use innovative thinking to go beyond existing solutions to develop unique ideas. Work cross functionally to support business needs.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with building construction or engineering design for building electrical infrastructure.

  • Ability to work with Bid Documents, Electrical Plans, Submittals, Shop Drawings, and Specifications.

  • Understanding of electrical systems to support building HVAC Systems.

  • Awareness of electrical code requirements and the impact on electrical infrastructure design within large building systems.
