  1. Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and risk tolerance.
  2. Develop customized investment portfolios based on client needs and objectives.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends and economic conditions to make informed investment recommendations.
  4. Communicate investment strategies and portfolio performance to clients.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  6. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement best practices for portfolio management.
  7. Conduct research and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards.
  9. Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance and market trends to senior management.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve investment processes and strategies.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Northern Trust, promoting our values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
  13. Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  14. Keep confidential client information secure and adhere to privacy regulations.
  15. Attend industry conferences and networking events to expand knowledge and stay current on industry trends.
  16. Mentor and train junior team members.
  17. Provide support to senior portfolio advisors as needed.

Job Qualifications
