Client Servicing Intern
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Client Servicing Intern to join the team at Northern Trust. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the financial services industry
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a timely manner
- Understand client needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure client needs are met
- Keep up to date on industry trends and regulations
- Monitor client accounts and ensure all transactions are compliant with regulations
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy when dealing with clients
- Assist in developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Prepare and deliver reports to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Participate in team meetings and provide valuable insight into client relationships.
