Communications Manager:

  1. Develop and execute internal and external communications strategies that align with the company's mission and values.
  2. Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and communicate key messages to various stakeholders.
  3. Create and manage content for a variety of communication channels, including but not limited to, email, newsletters, social media, and website.
  4. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  5. Manage relationships with media outlets and act as a spokesperson for the company when necessary.
  6. Coordinate and organize company events, such as town halls and employee recognition ceremonies.
  7. Ensure all communications adhere to company branding and messaging guidelines.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communication to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

Chief Administrative Officer:

  1. Oversee and manage various administrative functions, including but not limited to, facilities, IT, procurement, and travel.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  3. Monitor and manage budgets for administrative expenses.
  4. Lead and manage a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  5. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to support their administrative needs.
  7. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in administrative management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Human Resources Professional:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  3. Conduct recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  4. Develop and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth.
  5. Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
  6. Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
