  1. Develop and implement digital product strategies for the operations department in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
  3. Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  4. Conduct market and competitive research to inform product roadmap and strategy.
  5. Manage and prioritize product backlog, making trade-off decisions as needed.
  6. Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to create intuitive and user-friendly digital products.
  7. Lead user acceptance testing and gather feedback to continuously improve products.
  8. Monitor product performance and usage metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize products.
  9. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless integration of digital products into existing processes and systems.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital product management to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.
  11. Communicate product updates, changes, and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
  12. Mentor and coach junior product managers and provide guidance on product management best practices.
  13. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources.
  14. Adhere to project management methodologies and processes to ensure successful and timely delivery of products.
  15. Continuously assess and improve product management processes and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Computer Science, Or Information Technology.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Technologies And Trends, Including Web And Mobile Development, Cloud Computing, And Data Analytics.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Digital Products And Services, From Ideation To Implementation.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
