  1. Develop and implement strategies to maintain and improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems.
  2. Lead and manage a team of SRE professionals, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure their success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that meet business and customer needs.
  4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify and implement process and technology enhancements.
  5. Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and proactively address potential issues.
  6. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to understand business objectives and align SRE initiatives.
  7. Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of SRE initiatives.
  8. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  9. Define and uphold SRE standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all systems and processes.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and professional development for the SRE team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In A Senior Role Within An Sre Or Devops Team.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing And Experience With Implementing And Managing Cloud-Based Systems.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Mentoring A Team.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Software Development Processes, Tools, And Methodologies, As Well As Experience With Implementing And Managing Ci/Cd Pipelines.
