
Lead, Cyber Security Threat Management

- Develop and implement comprehensive threat management strategies to safeguard Northern Trust's information systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor and analyze cyber security threats and vulnerabilities, and proactively identify potential risks to the company's systems.
- Lead a team of cyber security analysts to investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain effective cyber security protocols and procedures.
- Stay current on emerging cyber security threats and trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of the company's overall security posture.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify any gaps or weaknesses in the company's systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external security partners and vendors.
- Train and educate employees on cyber security best practices to promote a culture of security awareness.
- Manage and maintain security tools and systems, and make recommendations for new tools and technologies as needed.
- Prepare and present reports and updates on cyber security threats and incidents to senior management.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Security, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Cyber Security, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.
Expertise In Threat Management And Incident Response, Including Experience With Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, And Penetration Testing.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Standards, Such As Nist, Iso, And Pci Dss.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
