  1. Develop and implement innovative nuclear integration strategies for advanced programs, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze potential risks and opportunities related to nuclear integration in advanced programs.
  3. Lead and oversee the development and execution of nuclear integration plans, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify emerging trends and technologies in nuclear integration and make recommendations for their incorporation into advanced programs.
  5. Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather and incorporate feedback and ensure successful implementation of nuclear integration plans.
  6. Provide expert guidance and support to project teams on nuclear integration issues, including technical aspects, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of nuclear integration processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and changes in regulations related to nuclear integration, and make recommendations for necessary updates to company policies and procedures.
  9. Mentor and train junior team members on nuclear integration best practices and procedures, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our advanced programs and sharing our expertise in nuclear integration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Nuclear Integration Architecture And Design, Preferably In The Defense Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Nuclear Power Systems And Their Integration Into Military Platforms.

  • Strong Understanding Of Nuclear Safety Regulations And Guidelines.

  • Experience With Developing And Implementing Advanced Technologies And Systems For Nuclear Integration.
