  1. Conduct precise dimensional control measurements on products using advanced tools and techniques.
  2. Troubleshoot and identify any discrepancies or errors in product dimensions.
  3. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve dimensional issues.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all measurements and findings.
  5. Ensure compliance with all quality standards and procedures.
  6. Identify and implement improvements to processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  7. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of measurement tools.
  8. Communicate regularly with team members and management to provide updates on dimensional control status.
  9. Monitor and report on any trends or patterns in dimensional control data.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing dimensional control tasks.
  11. Continuously stay updated on industry advancements and new measurement techniques.
  12. Train and mentor junior technicians on dimensional control processes and procedures.
  13. Participate in cross-functional teams to support product development and improvement.
  14. Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
  15. Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Dimensional Control Or Metrology

  • Strong Knowledge Of Geometric Dimensioning And Tolerancing (Gd&T)

  • Experience With Measurement Tools And Software, Such As Cmms And Laser Trackers

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Engineering Drawings And Specifications Accurately
