Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, strategic-minded Human Resources Director to join the Northrop Grumman team. Our HR Director will be responsible for developing and executing Human Resources strategies, managing HR operations, and driving the organization’s talent strategy. They will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement best practices and policies to support the organization’s mission.To be successful in this role, we are looking for an individual with a minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and 5 years of experience in a management or executive role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful HR strategies, developing and managing HR operations, and designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.We are looking for an individual who is results-oriented, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is dedicated to developing and maintaining a positive work environment.
