  1. Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement within the aerospace and defense industry.

  4. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and create innovative solutions.
  5. Assist in creating and maintaining detailed documentation of processes and procedures.

  8. Use engineering principles and techniques to design and improve processes and systems.

  11. Stay up to date on industry developments and trends to inform process improvement initiatives.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and management to provide updates and report on progress.
  15. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Currently Enrolled In A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree Program In Industrial Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Apply Engineering Principles To Optimize Processes And Systems.

  • Proficient In Relevant Software Tools, Such As Autocad, Matlab, And Statistical Analysis Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Abilities, With The Capability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Demonstrated Interest In The Aerospace And Defense Industry, With Knowledge Of Manufacturing And Supply Chain Processes.
