- Ensure compliance with all applicable international trade laws and regulations.
- Monitor and assess changes in international trade laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Conduct thorough audits of company practices to identify potential compliance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure international trade compliance in all business operations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on international trade compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and make recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation related to international trade compliance.
- Monitor and report on any potential violations or discrepancies in international trade practices.
- Communicate with government agencies and authorities to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

- Handle any other duties or projects related to international trade compliance as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, International Relations, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In International Trade Compliance, Preferably In The Defense Industry.
Knowledge Of U.s. Export Control Regulations, Including Itar And Ear.
Experience With Export Licensing, Classification, And Compliance Audits.
Strong Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
