  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all materials and supplies.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
  3. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any delivery issues.
  4. Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality of materials.
  5. Organize and track inventory levels to ensure efficient use of space and prevent stockouts.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement in inventory management processes.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal departments to fulfill inventory requests and resolve any issues.
  8. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure data integrity and identify potential areas for improvement.
  9. Assist in the implementation of new inventory management systems or procedures.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
  11. Communicate any safety hazards or concerns to management.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Train and mentor new inventory support team members as needed.
  14. Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to inventory management.
  15. Other duties as assigned by management.
