- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all materials and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any delivery issues.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality of materials.
- Organize and track inventory levels to ensure efficient use of space and prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement in inventory management processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to fulfill inventory requests and resolve any issues.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure data integrity and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of new inventory management systems or procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
- Communicate any safety hazards or concerns to management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Train and mentor new inventory support team members as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to inventory management.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Technical Knowledge And Experience In Inventory Management Systems And Procedures.
