  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive capture strategy for new business opportunities, in alignment with the company's overall growth objectives.
  2. Lead and oversee the entire capture process, from identifying potential opportunities to securing contracts.
  3. Conduct market analysis and research to identify potential customers and competitors, and use this information to shape winning strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, engineering, finance, and operations, to develop and execute capture plans.
  5. Manage and coordinate proposal development activities, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate the progress of the capture process, making adjustments as needed to ensure success.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform capture strategies.
  9. Develop and present capture briefings and reports to senior management.
  10. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support throughout the capture process.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant laws and regulations.
  12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
  13. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the capture management team.
  14. Manage the capture budget and resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
  15. Collaborate with other business units and divisions within the company to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Capture Management Or Business Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Government Contracting Process, Including Proposal Development And Pricing Strategies.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Successfully Leading And Managing Capture Teams To Win Major Contracts.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Customers.
